Model One - WorldDirect is the quick and easy way to obtain an Internet Trading Account (ITA). WorldPay have an acceptance rate of over 90% and you could start using your internet payment facilities in as little as 48 hours.

For Customers taking the WorldDirect service for their Internet transaction processing:

WorldPay payment processing facilities for an annual fee of £160 with a set up fee of £85 (excluding VAT). The payment processing facilities include three processing currencies. Additional currencies by arrangement.

4.5% Transaction Service Charge on credit card and non UK debit card transactions. Note that this is the ONLY fee charged; there are no additional charges payable to banks or other third party organisations (except remittance charges on settlement).

£0.50 charge per debit card transaction (for UK debit cards only). Note that this is NOT in addition to the TSC detailed above. Again, this is the ONLY processing fee charged; there are no additional charges payable to banks or other third party organisations

WorldAccess offers an online solution for sales by phone, fax and email

* This is the ONLY fee charged, there are no additional charges payable to banks or other third party organisations.

** This charge is incurred by WorldPay when remitting funds into your bank account. With WorldDirect you will normally receive weekly remittances 4 weeks in arrears. The minimum remittance amount is £10 for sterling or the equivalent of £100 in the case of other currencies. You may arrange for periodical remittance for amounts greater than the above. The charge is per remittance (NOT transaction) and does not include intermediary or receiving bank charges (if any) that may be levied. Remittance charges depend upon the charges made by the relevant banks and may be changed without notice.

Model Two - BankDirect - Even if you have an existing ITA with your bank, WorldPay can still provide the leading payment gateway to connect your site with your acquiring bank.

For Customers using the WorldPay payment gateway to route Internet transactions to their existing bank acquirer, the BankDirect service:

WorldPay payment processing facilities for an annual fee of £160 with a set up fee of £85 (excluding VAT).

1.95% Transaction Service Charge on credit card and non UK debit card transactions. Note that this is in ADDITION to the transaction fee charged by the bank.

£0.25 charge per debit card transaction (for UK debit cards only). Note that this is in ADDITION to the transaction fee charged by the bank.

For customers using the WorldPay payment gateway to route Internet transactions to their existing bank acquirer the following charges apply:

* Payable to WorldPay, in addition to the rate charged by your processing bank, which for Internet transactions is typically between 1.5 and 5%.

** This charge is in addition to the rate charged by your processing bank. Note that this is not in addition to the transaction service charge detailed above.
