I have received my WorldPay account opening confirmation email (Select Junior Integration Details for...) What do I do ?

After completing your sign up with WorldPay, you will receive from WorldPay an email with an attached document called "Select Junior 2.22.pdf". It explains the technical process for integrating with WorldPay.

However, as an eButtonz customer, we will carry out your integration with WorldPay on your behalf and
free of charge if you joined WorldPay via eButtonz.

You will not need to worry about "Select Junior 2.22.pdf" unless you wish to integrate WorldPay with a different e-commerce product other than eButtonz.

If you require FuturePay or Pre-authorisation you will need to upgrade your WorldPay account. To do this please contact support@uk.worldpay.com.

IMPORTANT : This email will include your WorldPay Company & Installation IDs. It is important you keep these details safe as you will need them to connect eButtonz to WorldPay. As soon as you receive your Installation ID from WorldPay you may connect eButtonz to WorldPay.

WorldPay Customer Management System

WorldPay will also send you a document called "Customer Management System v2.22.pdf". This is a guide to using the WorldPay Customer Management System. You should become familiar with this service as it enables you to make refunds and deal with charge-backs.

Customize the payment page, view account statements

You can login to the WorldPay administration server to customize the payment page, view account statements and perform other administrative actions.

The administration server is at: https://select.worldpay.com/wcc/admin

You will need your WorldPay Username and Password to access the WorldPay administration server.
