Introduction, how eButtonz works with WorldPay

eButtonz transmits a request for payment (not the order details) to WorldPay who then process the
payment.

When your customers successfully complete their order you will receive emails from both eButtonz and
WorldPay.

The email from eButtonz confirms the order with the following information:
Contact details
Delivery Details
Content of the basket (order details)
Date and time of transaction

We strongly recomend you store this email for your records.

You may also access this information via the eButtonz admin for a period of 42 days after which time the
data will automatically be deleted.

The email from WorldPay notifies you of the payment success and total amount but does not give
details of the order. The WorldPay Customer Management System also contains transaction archives
but not order details.
