HTML Email Instructions.

Step 1

1. Create a newsletter web page template and save it as newsletter_template.html

2. When complete save as new file such as "feb03_news.html"

3. Make your changes.

4. When complete save the file.

5. Copy ALL the source HTML code.

Step 2 Sending Emails using the eButtonz Newsletter Upgrade.

1. Log In to your eButtonz account: http://www.ebuttonz.com

2. Select "Email Customers" from the options list.

3. Skip Search Database to create test email.

4. Complete Email fields.

5. Set Base URL to correspond with your web page links.

6. Paste in the email code (Step 1. Item 5) into field headed "Enter the text of your email below"

7. Select "HTML email" radio button to the right of the email code field.

8. Check your "Test email" address and click grey "Test email" button. The system will send you a test email for your review.

9. Make necessary adjustments until satisfied.

10. Select list from database and send email campaign by selecting green "Send emails" button.

Tip: If you include CSS, remove the comment tags ( <!-- and -->) from within the style tags. This is to overcome a bug in Outlook Express.
