I would like to charge 2.95 Postage and Insurance for the first item and then 1.00 per additional item.

Log on to your eButtonz account and select "Postage Options" from the menu.

In the "postage model" menu, select "Fixed price per item ordered" and set it to 1.00.

Now you need to add a fixed extra of 1.95 to each shipment. There are two ways to do this, depending on how you wish the charges to be shown.

Either

Add a packaging cost of 1.95 and click on "Apply".

Or

Select "Make it compulsory" from the "Insurance" menu, then "Fixed price per shipment" from the "Insurance model" menu and enter 1.95.

You can also mix'n'match these. e.g. 0.95 packing, 1.00 insurance.

European Union Users:

You also need to consider VAT. If you are VAT registered you should opt to add VAT to postage costs. If the above prices are gross, then you should deduct VAT from them. i.e. 1.00 => 0.85,£1.95 => 1.66.
