How do I edit my products online?

Note: Dreamweaver users. If you edit your products online you must synchronize the extension to ensure changes are up to date on your computer.

1. Log on to your service menu:

Note: During this product process a security warning may appear as shown below. Please ensure you select "Yes" to display both secure and insecure items.

2. Select: "Products & Buttons" from the service menu list and click "go"

3. Locate the product(s) you wish to update. There are currently 3 ways of finding products:

• Products by upload date
• Products by description
• Products by code

Select from the list the required range of products and click "List/Edit/Delete Products"

4. You will be presented with a web page consisting of a list of products with 3 options:

• Set Passwords (ignore as this is not applicable to your web site)
• Edit Product
• Delete Product

5. Select edit and you will be able to update a range of settings for your chosen product.

6. Once you have made your change(s) there are 2 options:

Finished (for now). This option will take you to a web page that provides the updated code for the product. You can ignore this web page and select "Return to Service Menu" as long as you have not edited the button style attribute. You will also receive an automated confirmation email containing the same code.

Edit another product. This option returns you to the previous web page containing the list of products. You may select another product from the list to edit or chose "Back to Services Menu" at the foot of the web page if you have completed your updates.
