How do I remove the "Tax and Delivery Charges" pop up window?

In every web page that has the eButtonz code change the following two lines near the top of the eButtonz headcode:

from:

var eBbuyspawn="";
var eBbuyspawntarget="";

to

var eBbuyspawn="http://www.moltengold.com/cgi-bin/viewbasket5.pl";
var eBbuyspawntarget="_parent";

This will cause viewbasket to launch as soon as a purchase is made.
