Question:

Why does the "Tax (VAT) and Delivery Charges" e-wallet pop-up keep popping up?

Cause:

The e-wallet pops up when the shopper makes their first purchase and, if they dismiss it, continues to pop up until they fill it in. Not delaying the capture of delivery information until checkout is one of the strengths of eButtonz - it allows correct tax and postage info to be shown at all times.

If you return to the site with something still in your basket (i.e. not having completed your purchase), the e-wallet is continuing to prompt you.

Solution:

Fill in the pop-up.
