Question:

I have received an email order confirmation from eButtonz but not from WorldPay - what has happened?

Answer:

The order has been processed but the WorldPay email has got lost. Unfortunately it is the nature of email to be an unreliable medium. There are occassions when the confirmation email can get lost between the sender (WorldPay) and the recipient (you). You can check the WorldPay record of the order by loggin on to your account. We suggest you contact your WorldPay Account Administrator.
