Question: I have received an email order confirmation from WorldPay but not from eButtonz - what has happened? Answer: The order has been processed but the eButtonz email has got lost. Unfortunately it is the nature of email to be an unreliable medium. There are occassions when the confirmation email can get lost between the sender (eButtonz) and the recipient (you).
