Troubleshooting Index

Problem:

My buy buttons appear as a broken image and looks similar to this:

Cause:

1. The URL of your buy button image is incorrect

2. You have not yet uploaded your buy button image to your web space

Solution:

1. Both absolute and relative URLs are valid with eButtonz. Edit your eButtonz buy button code as necessary.
