Problem:

Why do I see Price (offline) in my buy button?

Cause:

This is caused when buy buttons which include a price are viewed offline. eButtonz is designed to work correctly with pages that have been uploaded to the internet. eButtonz re-serves your web pages and automatically adds your buy buttons with the correct data such as price (click here to find out more). If you are offline, eButtonz is unable to reload your web page and as a result "offline" automatically substitutes the price of your product in the button.

To resolve this issue upload your web page to your web site and view the page online, ie http://www.mywebsite.com/mywebpage.html
