Problem: The zip codes / postcodes I entered in the eButtonz e-wallet could not be recognized Explanation: The eButtonz e-wallet assumes visitors are in the same country as you are unless they specify otherwise, ie if you trade from the US eButtonz assumes shoppers are in the USA until they tell us otherwise. If you leave the country set at USA, it demands a US zip code, which must be valid to the extent that - it must have either 5 digits or 5 digits, a hyphen and 4 more digits If you select the UK as your location, the postcode is validated to the extent that it spots codes belonging to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isle of Man (in order to adjust the ParcelForce rates). All other entries are treated as valid. Most problems occur if you enter a zip code / post code without selecting the the correct country.
