Problem:

I get an error to say the VAT items are inconsistent.

Explanation:

There are three possible items on the "add product" screen involving VAT.

• Whether the item is subject to VAT
• Whether the price entered includes VAT
• The button type - which, if it includes a price, can show VAT or not.

If you have said the item is not subject to VAT, both the price and the button must exclude it.

You are far from alone in being confused by this! We are considering making the validation more lenient - but that means making assumptions about your intentions.
