| Removing eButtonz from your web page using Notepad | |||||

Manually removing eButtonz requires two steps. The removal of the eButtonz head code and the removal of any eButtonz buy buttons that may have been added to your web page by you.
From Notepad open your web page. Note, ensure you select Files of type : All Files (*.*)
Head Code Notepad displays the code that makes up your web page. All web pages begin as follows (with slight variations) : <html> The eButtonz head code is located before the end head tag (</head>). The head code causes the re-loading of your web page and the insertion of ads, basket summaries and checkout buttons. The eButtonz head code begins with the tag <ebuttonz_script> and ends with the tag </ebuttonz_script> . Remove the tags and the code between them. Buy Buttons: Locate each instance of the eButtonz buy button code. The code will be similar to: <script langauge="JavaScript"><!-- Remove each instance of the code from your web page.
