Question:

After clicking my buy button the basket still says Total: 0.00

Cause:

You need to synchronize with eButtonz to inform the shopping cart server of the product's value.

How to Synchronize

eButttonz works by adding special buy buttons to your web pages. These buy buttons are unique to your store.

These unique buy buttons on your local computer must be mirrored remotely on eButtonz.com for the shopping cart to function correctly. To make the buy buttons mirror each other you must synchronize your local buy buttons with eButtonz.com.

Selecting "Synchronize" will:

• upload any changes you have made to your products or store set up
• download any changes you may have made while logged into www.ebbutonz.com
• download any changes previously uploaded by someone else working on the same store on another copy of Dreamweaver.

During synchronization eButtonz checks for the presence of your buy buttons on the net and will warn you if they are undetected. Usually this means that you have not yet uploaded the web pages that contain the buy buttons.

Password: For security reasons the password field is filled with asterisk: *******************. The number of asterisk does not match the number of characters in your password.
